Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Goblins Studios LLP (“we”, “us”) for the Wellsaid app, the Wellsaid keyboard and this website (together, “Wellsaid”). By using Wellsaid you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You sign in with an Indian mobile number you own. Keep access to it secure.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. What Wellsaid does
Wellsaid turns what you say into written English and explains messages you choose. It uses AI, so it can get things wrong: it may mishear you, change your meaning, or explain a message inaccurately. Always read a message before you send it. You are responsible for what you send. Wellsaid is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use Wellsaid to:
- break the law, or harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- dictate or explain content that you don’t have the right to share;
- reverse engineer, overload, scrape or attack Wellsaid, or get around its limits; or
- resell Wellsaid or use it to build a competing service.
Premium is for one person’s everyday use. It includes a generous daily voice allowance that resets at midnight IST, so that automated or shared use can’t degrade the service for everyone.
4. Premium, trial and UPI AutoPay
- New users can try Premium for one day for ₹1. The trial is for new users only.
- When you start the trial or subscribe, you approve a UPI AutoPay mandate. After the trial, Premium renews every month at ₹299 (or the price shown in the app before you paid) until you cancel.
- If a renewal debit fails we may retry it over the following hours and days, sometimes for a lower amount, never more than your plan price. Premium stays on for a short grace period while a debit is pending.
- Cancel anytime by cancelling the Wellsaid AutoPay mandate in your UPI app. Cancelling during the trial ends Premium straight away. Cancelling after a paid renewal keeps Premium until the end of the month you paid for.
- Prices include GST. Every payment except the ₹1 trial gets a GST invoice, in the app under Profile → Invoices.
- Refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
- We will tell you in advance of any price change, and it will apply only from your next renewal.
5. Feedback rewards
- You can report a bug or suggest a feature from Profile → Report a bug or suggest a feature. We review every report by hand.
- If we approve your report, because we fix the bug or decide to build the idea, we add 30 days of Premium to your account for free. If you are subscribed, your Premium and your next AutoPay renewal both move back by 30 days. Otherwise you get Premium for 30 days with nothing to pay and no AutoPay.
- Whether to approve a report is our decision. Only the first person to report a bug is rewarded, and each account can earn at most one reward every 30 days.
- Rewards have no cash value and can’t be transferred, exchanged or refunded. They end if your account is deleted or suspended for breaking these terms.
- You let us use your ideas and reports to improve Wellsaid without owing you anything beyond the reward. We don’t publish what you write or your name.
- We may change or end this programme. Rewards already given stay in your account.
6. Your content
You own what you dictate and the English Wellsaid writes for you. You let us process it only to provide Wellsaid, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don’t use your dictations to train AI models.
7. Our service
The Wellsaid name, logo, app and website belong to Goblins Studios LLP. We may change, pause or stop features, and we try to give notice of significant changes. Wellsaid relies on third-party services such as Sarvam AI, OTPless and Juspay, and may sometimes be unavailable.
8. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or from our account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or our systems at risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Wellsaid is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content of messages you send, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer. Please write to us first so we can try to fix the problem.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before significant changes apply. Questions: support@getwellsaid.com.
